HDPE PLASTİC MATERİALS

HDPE, although similar in appearance to LDPE, is a much harder polymer with a molecular weight of around 150,000-400,000. It has good resistance to water and chemicals. It is not as resistant to light and open air conditions as LDPE. This resistance can be increased with special fillers. Mechanical properties are very good, especially impact and tensile strengths are high. The properties are further improved with some fillers. Normally, tensile strength is around 225-350 kgf/cm². Temperature resistance is over 100 °C. It also has a self-lubricating feature.
