All components of this machine tool are cast from HT300 material and undergo double annealing and natural aging treatments. It features a stepped-bed structure for exceptional stability. The machine offers a maximum machining length of 2000mm and a maximum swing diameter of 630mm.For its core configuration, it is equipped with a German Schaudt swiveling B-axis, an A2-8 dual-spindle system, a 16-station powered turret, and utilizes Japanese THK linear guides and ball screws for all feed axes.
