Type of pallet which is suitable for long-helical chips, is used . It is recommended to be used in processing centers which produce chips intensively and units which don t need clean liquid. It is not recommended to be used in fine machining.

Without considering chip forms in the machining center, these are units which are capable of fulfilling tasks of fine and rough chips conveyor systems at the same time. Long chip pallet and fine chip pallet work simultaneously on the same body. Because both pallets work on the same body, this situation allows cutting oil to be cleaned at the maximum degree and it also prolongs tank cleaning period. It is more efficient than rough and fine chips conveyors. It can be used without maintenance for a long time. It has also liquid tank function. It has a feature for separating waste materials floating on liquid. Due to internal washing system, filter cleans itself by washing. Thus, the filter doesn t require maintenance

If a lot of clean liquid is needed in machining centers, it is used in machines having internal water supply. Iron powder is cleaned due to magnetic unit on the system, non-magnetic chips are cleaned by band filter. Both units can be operated individually. The unit also operates as a liquid tank. Unit provides dirty liquid loading with dirty oil pump placed on tank. Filtered liquid is sent back to the machining center with the high pressure pump. The entire system works fully automatically. Pressure adjustment range is between 5 120 bars, flow rate adjustment range is between 5-30 lt.
