Form Makina began operations in 1992 with a team of five individuals and has continuously developed its activities, now employing approximately 120 people in sales and service. During this period, 5,000 Mazak machine tools have been sold throughout Turkey. With our experienced team, we provide unlimited support for all Mazak machine tools in Turkey from our centres in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Konya. Since its establishment, our company has been the representative of the Japanese Yamazaki Mazak CNC machine tool company in Turkey. Mazak Machine Tools manufactures CNC Lathes, CNC Vertical Machining Centres, CNC Horizontal Machining Centres, CNC Turning Centres, CNC 5-Axis Machining Centres, and CNC Laser Cutting Machines, with a total of 270 types of CNC machine tools in its production range. Form Makina has further expanded its service area by also representing the German United Grinding Group, which has been incorporating all kinds of grinding machine manufacturers since 2001
