All components of this machine tool are cast from HT300 material and undergo double annealing and natural aging treatments. It features a stepped-bed structure for exceptional stability. The machine offers a maximum machining length of 2000mm and a maximum swing diameter of 630mm.For its core configuration, it is equipped with a German Schaudt swiveling B-axis, an A2-8 dual-spindle system, a 16-station powered turret, and utilizes Japanese THK linear guides and ball screws for all feed axes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This turning-milling center features an interpolating Y-axis, with a 1000mm max machining length and 720mm max swing diameter. Its rigid 15° stepped bed and 30° Y-axis enable complex operations. The headstock is horizontally mounted, and the tailstock offers hardened or linear guideway options. Key components are HT300-cast and undergo double annealing and natural aging. Standard includes an A2-8 spindle and 12-station powered turret.

This turret lathe with tailstock offers a maximum machining length of 520mm and a maximum swing diameter of 560mm. It features a rigid 30-degree inclined bed design with a horizontally mounted headstock. The tailstock is available with optional hardened or linear guideways. All key machine components are cast from HT300 material and undergo double annealing and natural aging processes for enhanced stability. The machine is equipped with an A2-6 spindle and a 12-station servo turret.
